TERMS OF SUPPLY AND ORDERING PROCESSING REQUIREMENTS:
- The above-mentioned pricelist is ONLY applicable to NOT-FOR-PROFIT institutional customers.
- Please contact us, if you are a “For-Profit/Private organization” and would require a quote for commercial research, or to resell any of these products.
- Each order has to be accompanied with an “End-User Agreement” as per the prescribed format available on the DSHB website. The End-user agreement, being a legal agreement between DSHB and the customer, has to be in the name of the “Principal Scientist” along with signature & date. Please ensure that complete legal name of the Principal Scientist is being mentioned on the agreement (Please do not mention alias or short forms of names). For example, if the name of the P.I is Dr. Vijay Kumar Sharma, then it should be stated exactly as in full, and not as Dr.V.K Sharma or Dr.Vijay K. Sharma.
- DSHB processes orders only after duly receiving and approving of the end-user agreements. Please note that the order processing may be delayed if the DSHB agreement document is not prepared in accordance with the provided guidelines.
- Product-forms supplied (Supernatants, Ascites and Concentrates) are subject to availability. It is suggested that the purchaser should re-confirm availability status before placing their orders. Please contact us, for lead-time and availability estimates. Sometimes multiple units ordered for the same products if ordered together may be supplied as one vial. For example, in case an order is placed for a specific supernatant as 2 vials of 1ml, then the product may be physically supplied as 1 vial of 2ml. This is a standard procedure followed at DSHB for such orders.
- Prices mentioned above are independent of quantities being ordered. There are no offers or bulk discounts applicable on above mentioned products.
- The DSHB warranty is for thirty days and shall not exceed purchase costs. Replacement or refund is at the discretion of DSHB after validation of claim and supporting information from the user.
- Local Taxes as applicable shall be charged extra.
